Dr. Rodolfo Humberto Torres has been recognized as a Corresponding Researcher of CONICET at IMAL. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the National University of Rosario and earned his Ph.D. at the University of Washington in St. Louis (USA). His primary research area is Harmonic Analysis. He has published works in Pure Mathematics as well as on the mechanisms of light dispersion for the colors of birds and insects. Currently, he serves as a Distinguished University Professor of Mathematics at the University of Kansas.
